United States Orders: All of our prices already include all applicable shipping and handling. Your item will be shipped to you First Class or Priority Mail as soon as we have processed it.

International Orders: All orders will incur a surcharge as follows:

• AIR MAIL to Canada: US$5.95 for the first book plus US$2.00 for each additional book
• AIR MAIL to the rest of the world: US$8.95 for the first book plus US$4.00 for each additional book
